"I haven’t had any problems with my actual policy, but I do think it’s extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to fast-talk and talk over someone who is simply calling to get a better understanding of changes that are happening.

I called today and spoke with Morgan. She was speaking so fast and talking over me so much that she couldn’t even fully hear or understand what I was asking. When I politely asked her to slow down and listen to my question so she could better assist me, her response was, “I explain it like this to everyone. There are many people this is happening to.” The way she said it came across as very sarcastic and dismissive.

I’m a property manager, and I would never speak to my tenants or applicants that way. Customer service isn’t just about giving someone information; it’s about communication, comprehension, patience, and actually listening to understand what the customer is asking.

Unfortunately, Morgan lacked those things today. And this isn’t my first interaction with her where I’ve experienced what I consider to be a sarcastic and unprofessional attitude. That is ultimately why I chose to leave this review.

I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m simply asking to be treated with professionalism and respect when I call with a legitimate question about something that affects me. Sometimes slowing down, listening, and making sure the customer understands can make all the difference."

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Cassidy and Scott at Theresa Miley State Farm in Irmo, SC. When our mother’s home experienced water damage, they immediately went into action and treated our family with compassion, urgency, and professionalism from the very beginning.

Within just a matter of hours, they coordinated ServPro mitigation services to remove potential hazards and begin the restoration process. Their responsiveness and communication gave our family tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful situation.

Most importantly, they showed genuine care and patience while working with our 78-year-old mother, making sure she felt supported and informed every step of the way. Cassidy and Scott truly embodied what it means to be “a Good Neighbor” — taking care of everything and treating us like family.
