"Sarah Hatcher at State Farm Insurance in Irmo, SC was able to get me a quick quote for the exact coverage I needed, she was very respectful and knowledgeable in response to my questions when reviewing coverage changes, and I was able to get the coverage I needed the same day I decided to accept the insurance coverage that was offered (and at a much lower rate than the insurance company I had for almost 20 years!) I highly recommend herm, especially if you are starting to disagree with your current insurance rate annual increases."

"I have never ever EVER had my issues resolved this quickly with any DMV before. Lauren gave me a new perspective completely. She was quick, easy to talk to, and extremely kind. "My car was hit by an underinsured driver. His insurance company spent nearly two months before finally telling me he was not carrying enough insurance to pay for the damage. I contacted State Farm, they investigated and determined the accident was not my fault and he was underinsured. At that point, Lauren from Theresa Miley's agency stepped in and helped me arrange and make a claim. She has monitored this claim, helping and advising, until it looks like I will have a satisfactory resolution. Lauren stands out for following my claim through the process. Other State Farm employees who have been helpful are John, Janene, Wylza, and Seth - all in the claims handling department. Thanks!"
